Privacy Policy for Smart AppLock – App Lock
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
One2 Labs ("we", "us", or "our") developed Smart AppLock – App Lock (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Developer Information
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at:
2. How Smart AppLock Works
Smart AppLock – App Lock is designed to help users protect selected applications on their Android device from unauthorized access.
The App may allow you to protect applications using methods such as:
- PIN or password protection
- Pattern protection
- Fingerprint or other supported biometric authentication
- Automatic display of a lock screen when a protected application is opened
The App does not require you to create an account.
3. Accessibility Service
Smart AppLock uses the Android Accessibility Service API to provide its core app-locking functionality.
The Accessibility Service is used to detect when an application protected by the user is being opened so that Smart AppLock can display its lock screen before access is granted.
Accessibility information is used for the app-locking functionality and is not used to read, store, or transmit the contents of your protected applications.
We do not use the Accessibility Service to capture passwords, messages, photographs, videos, banking information, or other content from the applications you protect.
4. Accessibility Service Disclosure and Consent
Because the Accessibility Service provides functionality that may not otherwise be obvious to users, Smart AppLock provides an in-app explanation of why the service is required before enabling it.
Users can choose whether to enable the Accessibility Service. If the service is disabled, the core application-locking functionality may not operate.
The Accessibility Service is not used for advertising, analytics, or sharing the contents of other applications.
5. Device and App Information
To provide the App's functionality and maintain reliability, Smart AppLock may process certain device and application information.
Depending on the features and services enabled, this may include:
- Android operating system information
- Device model and manufacturer information
- App version and configuration information
- Application usage and interaction information
- Diagnostic and crash-related information
The App does not require registration or a user account.
6. PIN, Pattern, and Security Information
Smart AppLock allows users to configure authentication information such as a PIN, password, or pattern to protect selected applications.
Authentication information is used to provide the AppLock functionality and is stored locally on the user's device using the App's local storage mechanisms.
We do not transmit your AppLock PIN, password, or pattern to our servers.
Smart AppLock does not have access to or collect the actual biometric data stored by Android. When biometric authentication is used, authentication is performed through Android's supported biometric APIs.
7. Overlay / Display Over Other Apps Permission
Smart AppLock may request permission to display content over other applications.
This permission is used to display the AppLock authentication screen when a protected application is opened.
The overlay permission is not used to read or collect the content displayed inside your other applications.
8. Advertising
Smart AppLock – App Lock uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and process information from the device for purposes such as delivering, measuring, personalizing, and improving advertisements.
Depending on the device configuration, consent choices, applicable laws, and the advertising configuration used by the App, this information may include:
- Advertising identifiers

We do not provide your AppLock PIN, password, pattern, biometric information, or the contents of protected applications to AdMob.

9. Analytics
Smart AppLock may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App, monitor performance, identify technical issues, and improve the application.

- Device and operating system information
- Approximate location derived from available information
- Advertising identifiers, where applicable

Google Analytics data is processed according to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.
