Privacy Policy (Neu Gallery)

General

Neu Gallery ("the App") is developed by One2 Labs.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how information accessed or processed by Neu Gallery is handled.

1. Information We Access and How We Use It

1.1. Photos, Videos, and Media Files

Data Accessed: Photos, images, videos, and other supported media files stored on your device.

Purpose: To display, browse, organize, search, edit, move, copy, delete, and manage your media files within the App.

Processing: Media files are accessed and processed locally on your device. One2 Labs does not automatically upload your photos, videos, or other media to its servers.

1.2. Albums and Folders

Data Accessed: Album and folder names, locations, and organizational information associated with your media files.

Purpose: To organize, display, search, rename, create, move, and manage albums and folders.

This information is processed locally on your device.

1.3. Media Metadata

Data Accessed: File names, file sizes, dates, timestamps, dimensions, media types, and other metadata available through the Android media and storage system.

Purpose: To display media information and provide sorting, searching, filtering, and organizational features.

Media metadata is processed locally and is not uploaded to One2 Labs servers.

1.4. Storage and Media Permissions

Depending on your Android version and the features you use, Neu Gallery may request access through Android's media and storage frameworks.

This access may be used to:

• Display photos and videos.
• Create and manage albums and folders.
• Edit or organize media files.
• Move, copy, or delete media files.
• Allow you to select media for sharing or exporting.

These permissions or access mechanisms are used only to provide the corresponding gallery functionality.

1.5. Sharing and Exporting Media

Neu Gallery may allow you to share or export photos, videos, or other media using Android's standard sharing functionality.

Sharing or exporting occurs only when you explicitly initiate the action. The selected media may then be provided to the application or service you choose.

Once media is shared with another application or service, its handling is governed by that application's or service's privacy practices.

1.6. Clipboard Features

Neu Gallery may allow you to copy file names, file paths, text, or other supported information to your device's clipboard.

Information copied to the clipboard is handled by the Android system clipboard and may be accessible to the operating system or other applications according to your Android version and device settings.

Neu Gallery does not control how other applications access or process clipboard information.

1.7. Internet Access

Neu Gallery may require internet access for certain functionality, including:

• Processing in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
• Accessing optional online resources or support-related functionality, where applicable.
• Other functionality that may be introduced in future versions of the App.

One2 Labs does not use internet connectivity to automatically upload your private photos, videos, albums, or other media to its own servers.

2. Data Storage and Security

Local Processing

Photos, videos, media files, albums, folders, and related metadata are primarily processed locally on your device to provide the App's functionality.

No Cloud Storage of Media

One2 Labs does not operate servers that store your private photos, videos, albums, or other personal media content.

Device Security

The security of information stored on your device depends in part on the security protections provided by your Android device and operating system.

We recommend keeping your device and operating system updated and using appropriate device security measures such as a screen lock and device encryption.

No method of electronic storage or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing

Neu Gallery uses Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases and paid features offered through Google Play.

Payment transactions are processed by Google Play. One2 Labs does not receive or store your complete payment card, bank account, or other full payment credentials.

Google may process purchase-related information, including transaction information, purchase status, and other information necessary to complete and manage purchases, in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Google Play Billing is used for purchase processing and does not provide One2 Labs with access to your photos, videos, albums, or other private media data.

Neu Gallery currently does not use advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics, or third-party analytics services to collect information about your gallery or media activity.

4. Data Sharing

One2 Labs does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your photos, videos, albums, folders, or private media information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

When you explicitly choose to share or export media using Android's sharing functionality, the selected media may be provided to the application or service you choose.

Information may also be processed by Android, Google Play, or other platform services when required for the operation of your device, the App, or services you choose to use. Such processing is governed by the respective provider's policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Neu Gallery does not maintain copies of your photos, videos, albums, or other private media content on One2 Labs servers.

Because your media files are stored on your device, you can manage or delete them using Neu Gallery, Android, or another application with appropriate access to your device's media storage.

Information stored by Android or other applications may not be deleted when Neu Gallery is uninstalled.

Purchase-related records may be retained by Google Play according to Google's applicable policies and legal requirements.

If you contact One2 Labs by email, we may retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Children's Privacy

Neu Gallery is not specifically directed toward children.

One2 Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

7. Open Source Components

Neu Gallery includes open-source code from the Fossify project, which is based on Simple Mobile Tools and is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

The applicable open-source licenses and notices govern the use and distribution of the corresponding open-source components included in Neu Gallery.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to Neu Gallery, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Policy.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
