General

M Clock ("the App") is developed by One2 Labs.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how information accessed, stored, or processed by M Clock is handled.

Privacy Principle: M Clock is designed to provide alarm, timer, stopwatch, clock, and widget functionality primarily on your device. Information required for these features is processed locally unless a feature or third-party service specifically requires information to be transmitted.

1. Information We Access and How We Use It

1.1. Alarms, Timers, and Stopwatch Data

Data Accessed: Alarm times, labels, repeat settings, ringtone and vibration preferences, timer settings, stopwatch data, and other information that you enter or configure in the App.

Purpose: To provide alarm, timer, stopwatch, and related time-management functionality.

Processing: This information is primarily processed and stored locally on your device so that the App can provide its core functionality.

1.2. App Settings and Customization

M Clock may store settings such as theme preferences, colors, clock styles, widget configuration, tab settings, and other customization choices.

These settings are primarily stored locally on your device and are used to provide your selected App experience.

1.3. Widgets

M Clock may store configuration information required to display and customize clock widgets on your Android home screen.

Widget configuration is processed as necessary to provide the requested widget functionality.

1.4. Device Information

M Clock may access basic device and application information required for the App and its features to operate correctly.

When analytics or crash-reporting services are enabled, certain technical information may be collected by those services as described below.

1.5. Internet Access

M Clock may require internet access for certain functionality, including third-party services integrated into the App, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, support-related functionality, or other online features introduced in future versions.

2. Firebase and Third-Party Services

Firebase Services

M Clock may use Google Firebase services to help maintain, improve, and understand the performance of the App. Depending on the Firebase services enabled in a particular version of the App, these services may include Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

Firebase Analytics may collect information such as app interactions, events, approximate usage information, device or app information, and other technical information used to understand how the App is used and to improve its features.

Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports, stack traces, device information, operating-system information, app version information, and other technical information needed to diagnose crashes and improve app stability.

Firebase is operated by Google. Information processed by Firebase is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

M Clock does not intentionally send your alarm labels, timer contents, stopwatch records, personal notes, or other private user-entered time-management data to Firebase for analytics or crash reporting.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Data

Alarm configurations, timer settings, stopwatch information, application preferences, and widget settings are primarily stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Service Data

Information collected by third-party services such as Firebase may be processed on systems operated by those service providers. One2 Labs does not control the internal processing performed by those providers.

Device Security

The security of information stored on your device depends in part on the security protections provided by your Android device and operating system.

We recommend keeping your device and operating system updated and using appropriate device security measures such as a screen lock.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. Data Sharing

One2 Labs does not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to provide services integrated into M Clock, such as analytics and crash reporting.

Information may also be processed by Android, Google Play, Firebase, or other platform services when required for the operation of your device, the App, or services you choose to use.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored locally by M Clock remains on your device until it is deleted through the App, device settings, or other applicable Android functionality.

Data processed by third-party services such as Firebase may be retained according to the applicable service provider's policies, configuration, and retention settings.

Uninstalling M Clock may remove locally stored App data, subject to Android device behavior and any data separately retained by third-party services.

If you contact One2 Labs by email, we may retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Children's Privacy

M Clock is not specifically directed toward children.

One2 Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to One2 Labs, please contact us at one2.labs@gmail.com.

7. Open Source Components

M Clock may include open-source components or code from third-party open-source projects. Applicable open-source licenses and notices govern the use and distribution of those components.

Where applicable, relevant open-source license information is provided within the App or its accompanying source code.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to M Clock, applicable laws, third-party services, or our privacy practices.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Policy.
